In appreciation for the support and effort of its clients, Versant® is pleased to offer the Eighth Annual Versant Client Conference which will be held in San Antonio, TX at the Westin Riverwalk, November 6-8, 2012. This year's theme is Positioning Nursing for the Future: Demonstrating Collaboration through the Versant RN Residencies. The conference will provide an opportunity for representatives from client hospitals to network with colleagues, share and contemplate best practices, and emerge with a richer understanding of how to build and sustain their professional nursing organization.
This year’s conference will explore ways in which organizations can facilitate and influence workforce collaboration through system-oriented residency programs. The capacity to provide quality and safe patient care is driven, at least in part, through the collective and cumulative impact of each nurse that is hired, developed, and retained. This effort takes organizational collaboration. Now in its 13th year, the Versant RN Residency has demonstrated the ability to provide patient safety and quality care through the pathway of collaboration.
