On January 26th, ANCC announced Baptist Health South Florida, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, and Emory University Hospital (for Advanced Practice RNs) as the first organizations in the country to receive accreditation in ANCC’s new Practice Transition Residency Accreditation Program (PTAP). Baptist Health South Florida and Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles both received accreditation with distinction! Organizations receive “Accreditation with Distinction” when they are in full compliance with accreditation criteria and no deficiencies are identified.
